Please review the following details before placing an order.

30-day returns and exchanges

Eligible requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. We accept returns for defective goods and for non-defective goods, and exchanges are accepted subject to available inventory. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item.

Items must be new, unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging, tags, and supplied accessories. Returns are sent by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an item back without approval.

Problems and refunds

Damage, defects, incorrect items, missing pieces, or a material difference from the description can be reported with the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging. Other requests require the order number, checkout email, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are processed within 10 days after approval.
